I have a feeling that more people will be watching Monday’s night football game than usual. Studies have shown that the outcome of the last home game of the Washington Redskins has been able to predict the presidential election winner.

If the Redskins win, the incumbent party tends to win. If the Skins lose, a new party usually takes power. In the past 15 elections, the game has been right in all but one, which was 2004.

I have a feeling that even if they aren’t Steelers fans, Democrats will be cheering a chant for the Skins to lose.
