Today I read an article about the precautions being taken before November 4th to ensure there is not another fiasco at the polls like Americans saw in 2000. The article detailed each and every thing different states are doing to prevent everything from voter fraud to the infamous "hanging chads." It made me wonder if this election could perhaps be a repeat of 2000. With the candidates and their abilities so hotly debated, I will be curious to see if there is a clean cut winner on Tuesday, or if there will be another months-long debate over the winner. Has our voting technology improved in 8 years? Only Tuesday will tell.
