Today is the day!

It has been a long time coming, but the day is finally here.  I am honestly so excited to see how everything turns out.  Currently I am watching Fox News, and I heard something that I have not heard yet-- this election could result in a run off if there is not majority vote.  How does that work?  Another thing that I love about election time is the way the country comes together.  Right now, even though we are separated by party affiliation, we are all together hoping for change, whether our candidate be Obama or McCain.  Something that does put a burden on my day is the way people are being apathetic to the election, saying Obama has already won.  Well, if we go into today with this attitude, then he will win.  We all have to use of right to vote and let things turn out the way they will.  Being apathetic is pointless.  Those who came before us fought for our right to be free and to vote, and to not, really is not smart.  The first polls close in 4 hours and 27 minutes!  I am getting excited!
