I just watched the youtube video of the two supposed members of the New Black Panther Party standing outside a polling location in Philadelphia. The two men are dressed in all black, wearing berets, and carrying nightsticks. Although they were not technically doing anything legally wrong, their presence at the polling location could easily be considered intimidation. I'm sure there are certain voters who would have approached the polling place, seen the two men, and perhaps have thought twice about voting. That in itself is voter intimidation. Word on the internet is that these two men are not actually affiliated with the New Black Panther Party and are probably renegades just claiming the group's name. The whole situation made me think about how people can abuse the right to free speech and use it to intimidate, etc.
