Polling Battleground

McCain and Obama continue to battle for key states in the polls. Each candidate’s campaigns have been focusing on essential states such as Florida, Ohio, and Missouri. Currently Obama is in Florida preparing for the upcoming debate and trying to grab a stronger hold of the state. Currently McCain has a razor thin lead in Florida by one point. Once again Florida has proved to become a pivotal player in the presidential election. When Floridians were polled many view different strengths in each candidate. When polled many voters believe that McCain would be the best candidate for commander in chief and that he would also be best in handling issues concerning terrorism and the war in Iraq. When voters were asked which candidate would "improve the economy" Obama won by a vast majority. Many voters believe that Obama's confidence in changing our current economic crisis has secured voters in the state of Florida. It will be interesting to see if in fact the polls will continue to rise in Florida and if is the change they believe in.
