As I procrastinate on this fine Sunday afternoon, I notice that many of my fellow classmates have changed their Facebook status' "to going home next weekend". This seems like such a shame. The first presidential debate is going to be here next week and all they see is a day out of class friday, and too much trouble parking. This is a monumental event that will go down in history. Even if you are not politically inclined, the town of Oxford and the school's campus are doing a fabulous job organizing all sorts of events including music in the Grove. Even on the square, they will be broadcasting the debate. So, while I am sad that many are choosing not to participate in this event, it also means less people taking all the campus parking...
