The clock is counting down....It's almost time. Supposedly in less than 24 hours our campus will be invaded by thousands of members of the media. Regardless of how many media show up on Monday our campus will be a nightmare to get onto or around.

I attended the disappointing Vandy game last night. I wish I had better news about the game but 4 interceptions and 2 fumbles tells the whole story. On a positive note, I took advantage of the shuttle service offered by the city of Oxford. I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The wait times and traffic were not bad at all. I look forward to seeing if the same is true this week when most of campus is forced to use this new transit system.

This week promises to be a busy week, especially for the intern students of Journalism 495. We have an unbelievable opportunity presented to us this week. I wish all of you the best of luck and I hope all of our experiences are pleasant ones.
