To be part of this election and to make this history makes me speechless. Congratulations Obama! I agree with my friends, I am an American before I am a Democrat or a Republican. I will support Obama, and our President of the United States. This election is so close to me because we have all had the amazing opportunity to participate in this history making election. Interning for the first Presidential Debate here at Ole Miss has opened my eyes to politics. I was attached to this election and learned so much more than I thought I could possibly learn. I have never been so into an election in my life.

During McCain's speech, I am surprised at the reaction from the public. It was so split down the middle one voice couldn't out-do the other. This race was so close. I know our President will come out on top, and prove to America what he is worth.
