Tom Brokaw came to Ole Miss for the presidential debate and while he was here he made a comment about the what was impending Vice Presidential debate and how Joe Biden had the toughest job of anyone. He had to walk the line of being assertive to Sarah Palin's sassyness and not too overpowering or he will be seen as a bully. Well I am not sure if he did that exactly but yet again I might have just been focused on his pretty blue tie or his smirks after Palin stated "facts." Biden himself stated "facts" and after hearing all of their "facts" I was fully "facted"out. I have a suggestion that the American public require a very large blackboard with all the "facts" posted on it. You see the one thing you learn as a journalism major is that facts are indisputable. There are only one version. Facts are simply that. No two ways to look at things so how each side can come up with two versions of facts I am perplexed. I am suggesting that the blackboard be posted online by a unaffiliated party who truly has no interest in party politics. Go by voting records and have them linked for reference if there is any question. The end. No more "that's not true" back and forth just plain facts that are displayed simply.
