The Road to Warshington

I watched McCain speech last night in a room full of republicans. I didn't get to hear all of it because their was a lot of arguing going on, but I did hear him mispronounce washington about 15 times. He talked about tax-cuts the war in Iraq and fighting for people in small-town America. The strongest part of his speech was when he affirmed republican's beliefs.

We believe in a strong defense, work, faith, service, a culture of life, personal responsibility, the rule of law, and judges who dispense justice impartially and don’t legislate from the bench. We believe in the values of families, neighborhoods and communities. We believe in a government that unleashes the creativity and initiative of Americans. Government that doesn’t make your choices for you, but works to make sure you have more choices to make for yourself.

McCain is certainly not as flashy as Obama but he does get his message across.
